PSSG Presents Workshop on "Grant Availability for Homeland Security" at the MAEMP 2005 Homeland Security Domestic Preparedness Conference, Dec 2005

Marlborough, MA, December 7, 2005 –PSSG was retained by the Massachusetts Association of Emergency Management Professionals  to present a grant writing workshop at their 2005 Homeland Security Domestic Preparedness Conference on December 6 – 7, 2005 in Marlborough,  Massachusetts. 

Several hundred emergency management professionals from across the Commonwealth participated in the two-day event.  Conference topics included: Media Relations, Managing Large Special Events, Unified Command and Business/Government Continuity Planning. 

The session "Grant Availability for Homeland Security" conducted by Kym Craven, Director of PSSG and public safety specialist, was the highest attended of all the sessions and received positive reviews from the attendees.  During the session researching grants, grant planning, application development and compliance were covered.
