Cindi Obey Donnellan is an
experienced marketing strategist
covering the entire value chain
of marketing – from strategic
planning, market research,
positioning and messaging
through to integrated
communication strategies and
customer satisfaction/loyalty
measurement.

Ms.
Donnellan has 14 years of progressive
marketing experience developing and managing
plans, budgets and teams that drive
profitable results through the following:
- Identifying new
acquisition/growth opportunities by
redefining business boundaries
- Researching and
understanding the most profitable
market/customer segments

Establishing/re-establishing product
position by analyzing competition, brand and
channel landscape
- Developing
unique value propositions that drive desired
behavior, hence revenue
- Launching and/or
enhancing products, services and solutions
that customers want, need, use and tell
their friends about
- Driving brand
awareness and demand through database
marketing, search-engine marketing, social
marketing, direct marketing, inside
sales/telemarketing, advertising, events,
press/analyst relations, etc.
- Complementing
demand activities with compelling
communications via web content, brochures,
case studies, data sheets, newsletters,
white papers, etc.
- Sourcing and
then monitoring and tracking qualified leads
through prospecting and customer-database
management practices
- Establishing and
working a pipeline of top-tier prospects,
and
- Designing and
building customer and member
experience/loyalty measurement systems that
allow for staying ahead of wants, needs and
expectations.
Recently, Ms. Donnellan just completed a
consulting assignment with Textron, where
she helped develop and implement Textron’s
enterprise-wide growth strategy; crafted
Textron’s “Customer Leadership Toolbox,”
housing over 225 value-based marketing tools
that are being used by Textron’s businesses
to help grow profits; developed and launched
a data-driven strategy for Textron’s
enterprise-wide Customer Satisfaction and
Loyalty Measurement program (Six Sigma
based); created and rolled out a five-phased
customer loyalty process and guide, website
and communication strategy to further
penetrate Textron businesses; developed
content for Value Pricing Workshop slated
for Textron’s CMOs and CFOs, and the
Marketing Leadership Education Program
(MLEP).
Previous
to PSSG, Ms. Donnellan served in Director of
Marketing positions with growth technology,
marketing and loyalty-services companies
targeting both business and consumer
markets. Ms. Donnellan holds a M.A. in
Communications Management from
Simmons
College and is currently working on a
Master’s in Marketing Analytics at
Bentley
College.
