Kimberly Sousa Panton, Director, Communications
Kimberly Sousa Panton is a results-driven, media and event planning
specialist with over 18 years of promotion, communication, public relations and conference planning experience in the profit and non-profit sectors.
Ms. Panton managed promotion and public
relations for PSSG clients, including the
Department of Homeland Security, IEEE
Homeland Security Conference Series, as well
as private clients conducting outreach in
the public and homeland security markets.
Previously, Ms. Panton was an Account Executive for Triple Dot Communications, where she managed new product launches, provided trade show support, implemented grass roots marketing initiatives, managed events, coordinated media relations, and managed product placement for her clients on national TV shows and movies.
Prior to Triple Dot Communications, she was a Campaign Coordinator for the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, Illinois, where she managed their $57.5 million dollar capital campaign. Her highlight while at the Museum was managing the Museum's historic Apollo 8 twenty-fifth anniversary event where she was able to work with astronauts Jim Lovell, Frank Borman and Bill Anders.
She earned her B.A. from Wheaton College with a major in Political Science and a Minor in American History, and attended Moses Brown preparatory school in Providence, Rhode Island.
