Risa Beth Sydelle, Research Associate,
Federal and State Funding
Risa Beth Sydelle has over 25 years of federal, state, and foundation grant research, development, proposal writing and grant administration experience.
Ms. Sydelle manages primary and secondary research
for grant programs issued by DHS, DOJ, DOT, EPA,
DHHS and other federal agencies. She
also conducts targeted research for state
program, R&D and economic development grant
funding. Ms. Sydelle specializes in grant
and contract proposal writing and has
supported a wide range of state homeland
security grant programs (HSGP, TSGP, IPP,
PSIC), as well as federal contracts (NASA,
DOE, DHS).
Previous to joining PSSG, Ms. Sydelle
managed safety and security programs for
Orange and Rockland Utilities.
Ms. Sydelle hold a BA in Psychology from Miami University and an MBA from Iona College. She has two lovely children and enjoys the freedom of telecommuting.
